Can I encode a whole URL?
This tool encodes parameter values, including colons, slashes and question marks. Check that encoding a whole URL suits your use case.
Does a plus sign become a space?
No. With encodeURIComponent / decodeURIComponent, %20 is a space and + stays a plus sign.
What if decoding fails?
Check for incomplete percent escapes, invalid UTF-8 bytes or unencoded percent signs.
